Record all the smells you experience throughout the day. In as much detail as possible, be as descriptive as need be. Go to places you know will offer different smells: a nursery, a farm, a garden, the mountains, the sea, a river, during a storm. While making dinner, smell all the ingredients; smell each time you add something to the meal. How do the smells change as you're cooking and once you've finished? Write/Voice record everything.
